The Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice. The 17 Goals are all interconnected, and in order to leave no one behind, it is important that we achieve them all by 2030. (Source: UN.org)

At HalloSophia, we are dedicated to contribute to these goals and aim to reunite all spheres of sustainability - the social, economic and environmental sphere. We have a long road ahead but we will not stop to make small steps every day towards achieving the following SDGs. We promise, this is only the start and we are ready to contribute for positive change!
Short Term Impact Goals

Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
• We started in the CoV pandemic, when digital consulting was a necessity for health. In the meantime, however, we have identified new core goals in SDG 3.
• We firmly believe that digitalized consulting provides great added value for older consultants as well as for consultants with limited mobility, for whom traveling to appointments is often difficult.
• We want to eliminate the trade off between health and business success by making every relevant expertise available digitally
• Less need to travel for advisors improves Work-Life-Balance

Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
• We believe it is important for a fair economy to provide the same level of service to the smaller players as to the larger ones
• On a longer perspective, closing the “service gap” for SMEs, could potentially have a positive impact on the creation of attractive employment.
• Less need to travel for advisors improves Work-Life-Balance
• Inclusion: New and improved job opportunities for physically impaired advisors

Reduce inequality within and among countries
• Inclusion of smaller entities: microadvisory gives small and medium-sized businesses the access to services only large corporates have today
• Export and import of innovative goods and services is simplified, with lower costs, through easy access to local consultants, for market entry in all sectors and countries
• Businesses in rural areas can access expertise not available in their region today
Mid Term Impact Goals

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
• Expertise of sophisticated advisors is used for empowerment and enablement of entrepreneurs to learn how to make progress and be more successful. Learning from successful Mentors, Entrepreneurs and Advisors helps to grow their own skills in leading a company.

Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development
• Cross-Border-Collaboration for every budget possible without travelling
• Innovative Solutions can be internationalized faster with easy access to advisors for a common market entry in other countries
Long Term Impact Goals

End poverty in all its forms everywhere
• We also want to make a small contribution to this great goal, and for this, economic growth should be inclusive to create sustainable employment and promote equality. We try to contribute to this with competence for all.
• Empowering with expertise could potentially be used to fight poverty. microadvisory could be used as an addition to Micro-Loans
• Right now, this impact goal is far away, but we are already in touch with Micro-Loan experts in Africa and Bangladesh to figure out if and how to use it as an addition to Micro-Loans, that already work for fighting poverty.

Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, [...] build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
• Microadvisory could also be used for citizen service in offices to bring the knowledge of public institutions closer to the citizens and thus contribute to citizens perceiving public institutions in a more transparent and supportive way.
• This could bring citizens and institutions closer together
• We believe that strong institutions need to serve the citizens by improving their quality of life

Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts
• Less traffic in cities with remote work
• Less flying for client projects
• How much of Carbon Emissions could be saved when the Advisory Industry travels less? We’re designing the concept of measurement right now.
